This 3,000lb capacity Koike Aronson PRD 3 / PRI 3 Turning Roll set includes the PRD 3 turning roll and PRI 3 idler roll. The lightweight and portable set can easily be maneuvered and set up anywhere in your facility or at the work site. Despite their compact size, 1 drive roll used in conjunction with 2 idler rolls can handle a weight capacity of 4-½ tons. The simple design allows this turning roll to handle pipe diameter from 3-½” to 40” in diameter and variable welding speeds that range from 1.4 to 40 IPM saving time and increasing productivity. Optional accessories available are variable speed and forward-stop-reverse foot pedal controls.
