About the project

This Koike Aronson HD-500 Positioner was rebuilt in house for a customer who was looking for a 50,000 lb. positioner. They decided to go with a rebuilt option because the significantly quicker lead time and the reduced financial investment. All electrical components were replaced by new, including: motors, hand pendant, control panel, limit switches and wiring. Our team also refurbished the gearboxes by draining, cleaning, replacing bearings and refilling/resealing the boxes. Lastly, a coat of industrial grade paint was applied to finish off the project.
