About the project

We completed this Jetline LWS-60 Seam Welder recently for a customer looking for a turn key seam welding option. The first thing our team did was strip off all the obsolete equipment as well as the old pneumatics package. Also, the festooning and transformer were removed to take the seamer down to the bare frame. We sanded the unit down to a clean finish and applied a new coat of industrial grade grey paint.

To ensure proper clamping, we removed all the worn out fingers and replaced them with newly machined aluminum fingers with copper tips. A new Miller welding tig package was installed that included: Dynasty 400 power supply, Jetline arc length control and Jetline cold wire feeder. Lastly, we incorporated a Sigma Touch weld sequence control to adjust the welding functionality.
