The Used LJ Welding 5400lb Positioner is designed to optimize your welding operations. This positioner allows you to rotate, lift, and position heavy workpieces with precision and stability control. It is specially designed for positioning heavy-wall, large diameter pipe for spooling applications with large offset loads, making it ideal for welding pipe, shafts, wheels, elbows, and other fittings that require support from one or both ends. The 30P-200 Pipe Welding Positioner has a height adjustability feature calibrated in 4″ increments between 33″-69″. This feature minimizes material handling and worker fatigue while optimizing workplace safety and operator performance with enhanced ergonomics.
