This used LJ Welding 24,000 lb Positioner is designed for the optimal positioning of heavy and cumbersome workpieces, the T24PS-100 is a heavy-duty positioner engineered with a load capacity of 24,000 lbs tons (at 12″ overhung load) and triple-axes, powered variable speed tilt and rotation. It gives operators precise control over heavy workpieces’ height, rotation, and tilt. It can be fully integrated with manipulators and robotic welding systems that automate repetitive welding tasks for optimal productivity.
