The Ransome 500P weld positioner was engineered precisely for heavy duty weld applications. At a load capacity of 50,000lbs, this positioner’s robust design and variable speed rotation can stabilize massive parts with precision and provide accurate control for your operator, resulting in quality welds for even the heaviest applications. Additionally, the 84” round table includes 8 radial T-slots to tightly secure your parts and a 6 ½” thru hole allows you to gas-purge for increased weld quality. For being so large, this machine is remarkably versatile due to its manually adjustable base, 135° tilt rotation, large load capacity and variable speed rotation. Limit switches to protect from overtravel & dynamic braking are added safety features to maintain peace of mind for your operators. Optional accessories include variable speed and forward-stop-reverse foot pedal controls.
