Product Description

This used Preston-Eastin PA-45 HD12 positioner is designed for precise and safe operation. The drive system mechanisms and electrical controls are configured, not only for durability, but with operator safety in mind. Consequently, precision spur gears, driven by worm gear reducers, provide minimum backlash with maximum strength and longevity and the worm gear drive prevents the load from moving unless it is driven. Additionally, your operator can weld across a wide range of applications thanks to its 4,500lb maximum load capacity and manually adjustable table height. Experience greater productivity and more consistent welds as a result of its variable speed rotation and convenient combination of hand pendant and foot pedal controls. Optional accessories include gripper chucks, pipe stands, foot switches and elbow jigs.
