Product Description

This rebuilt Pandjiris Beta 12.5-5 is a lightweight welding positioner designed to improve weld quality and operator access when handling smaller workpieces up to 1,250 lbs. It features a 24″ x 24” square table w/ variable rotation, variable-speed rotation, and a 90° tilt range pinned at 15° increments, making it well suited for positioning lightweight tanks, pipe, flanges, structural components, and other fabricated parts. Additionally, its worm gear reducer and dynamic braking provide smooth, controlled rotation for consistent welding at a variety of speeds and loads. The positioner includes a Forward/Stop/Reverse hand pendant with speed adjustment, giving operators convenient control from the work area. Furthermore, the 5″ allowable eccentricity provides flexibility when positioning off-center loads. Ultimately, the Beta 12.5-5 is suited for fabrication applications where controlled positioning can help reduce workpiece handling and improve operator access. Optional accessories include gripper chucks, elbow jigs, welding grounds, and pipe stands.
