The 4,500lb capacity Koike Aronson HD45 welding positioner is engineered for rugged performance, safety and versatility for your heavy industrial applications. Double tilt gears stabilize the load and prevent chassis warpage while the 90,000 PSI aluminum-bronze worm gear drive is self locking to prevent accidental load start up. It has a manually adjustable height from 24-½” to 54-½”, a 135° constant speed power tilt and variable speed rotation from .04-1.2RPM to make smooth & consistent welds on a wide range of part sizes. Optional accessories include the on/off or variable speed foot pedal, gripper chucks, pipe stands and elbow jigs.
