This Bancroft 48 Inch Welding Lathe is a good starting point for a custom automated welding system. Upon sale Weld Plus will rebuild this welding lathe to fit any customer’s application. During the rebuild we would replace all out-of-date components and integrate a new Sigmatouch weld sequence control. Also included in our rebuild would be a complete cosmetic restoration capped off with a fresh coat of paint. In addition, the lathe is currently set up for a dual-head GMAW process that allows for two times the deposition rate per a rotation. Lastly, our experienced technicians have the ability to install a variety of weld processes and customize this system to fit any welding application.
