The Jetline HWP-50F is a robust hot wire feeder system designed for automated welding applications where high filler deposition and precise wire control are required. It’s engineered primarily for use with GTAW (TIG) and PAW (plasma) welding processes, and can operate in both hot wire and cold wire feed modes, giving flexibility for different welding needs. The unit incorporates a heavy-duty four-roll wire drive capable of feeding wire at speeds from about 12 to 600 IPM (30–1,525 cm/min) with excellent speed control, and handles commonly used wire diameters such as 0.045″ and 0.062″. A microprocessor-based control manages wire feed speed and sequencing, while the system’s hot wire power supply preheats the filler wire before it enters the weld pool to increase deposition rates, improve heat input control, and enhance overall weld quality. The HWP-50F package typically includes the feeder head, control electronics, wire feed system, and accessories integrated for ready-to-weld operation in industrial automated environments.
