• The CWT arc data monitor is a self-diagnostic microprocessor system designed to provide quality control for arc welding applications
• Each system includes sensors and cables to monitor the following parameters:
• Arc voltage from 0 to 100.0 volts dc + or – 1%
• Arc current from 0 to 1000 amps dc + or – 1%
• Gas flow from 5 to 255 SCFH + or – 1%
• Travel speed from 1 to 100 IPM + or – 3%

The Arc Welding Monitor Computer Weld Technology is a basic monitor that logs the welding process. This system can be used to control the welding process by preset limits. These limits alert the user when the weld is out of it’s parameters. Coupled with a PC the this Monitor can upload weld data to the computer.
