Product Description

The Miller SubArc Hercules System is a game-changer for your submerged arc welding applications. This system helps deliver improvements to your weld deposition rates & travel speed through the combination of its filler metal, torch & secondary power source. Hercules customers enjoy an average of 30% improvement in their weld deposition rates. It can work with new Miller DC & AC/DC power sources or legacy Miller SubArc equipment that uses a 14-pin connection. The SubArc Hercules torch features two separate contact tips; the first to condition the weld wire prior to the second making the actual weld. The SubArc Hercules preheat switch can be kept separate or mounted to your machine & includes a simple enable/disable switch to turn the system on or off.  This system pays for itself when considering the savings achieved from improved process efficiencies over time!
