The Tregaskiss Hercules torch provides a secondary contact tip to condition the weld wire and water-cooling to maximize electrical conductivity while optimizing filler metal delivery. The Hercules drive uniquely provides the speed and precision needed for this kind of high deposition welding. When used with Hobart’s FabCOR Hercules cored filler metal wire, its special formulation allows you to maintain arc stability at high deposition rates and avoid seizing up over time. Additionally, with the coordination of all these components, Hercules customers enjoy better production efficiency with up to 30% higher deposition rates, often even higher, without the typical capital budget requirements needed for new equipment.
