The Lincoln Power Wave AC/DC 1000 SD delivers Waveform Control Technology to submerged arc welding. First, you can choose between constant current or constant voltage operation. In addition, you can set variable frequency and amplitude. It also includes software-driven AC, DC positive, or DC negative output that allows the user to control the deposition rate and penetration. In conclusion, these power sources increase weld speeds, consistently produce higher-quality welds, and improve efficiencies in a single or multi-arc environment.
