Koike Aronson’s 30-ton self-aligning turning rolls are manufactured for optimum durability, productivity and safety. The 60,000lb load capacity is ideal for heavy duty tank or vessel applications. Additionally, downtime is reduced by eliminating unnecessary wheel adjustments, as the self-aligning roller cradle assemblies automatically adjust the wheel centerline as parts are lowered into place. Moreover, 4 wheels per unit provide ample support, even for thin-walled parts, and the heavy duty rubber material provides greater support and longevity. A hand pendant comes standard with these turning rolls. Optional accessories include a variable speed or on/off foot pedal controls.
