This Aronson 10000 lb Idler Roll can support up to 10,000 lbs and has a diameter capacity of 5” to 48”. This idler roll was used by a local customer as a part of their sub arc welding system and has relatively low hours (See WS170501 for information on the complete sub arc system). In addition a manual travel car allows the idler roll to move along the 20’ of 56 ½ gauge track that is included with the system.  Steel wheels allow the roller to be used in pre-heating applications, where rubber wheels would deform.
