These 40,000lb Irco turning rolls (model: 30-10) deliver precise rotation of cylindrical weldments for positioning of your heavy manufacturing processes. Ideal for pipe welding, vessel fabrication & tank manufacturing applications, the construction of this set is sure to result in improved throughput, safety, low maintenance and extended service life. Additionally, its dual-driven wheels allow the operator to change the wheel spacing without having to deal with multiple-length shafts. Set up new parts in minutes by simply pulling 1 pin on either side of the movable wheels. Moreover, the 4” wide rubber wheels provide high traction to prevent slipping, cushion your parts to prevent damage or low quality welds & ensure consistent, stable rotation speed for precise welding. This equipment includes the variable speed foot pedal & hand pendant controls.
