This used Pandjiris 72” Seamer is an ideal solution for sheets or vessels 6 feet or under, delivering precision and reliability for your welding applications. Weld Plus provides full installation of MIG, TIG, SAW, or Plasma welding processes tailored to your specific needs. Moreover, Pandjiris engineered this machine to produce 100% single-pass welds on cylinders and flat sheets while minimizing—or even eliminating—heat distortion to your material. Its uniquely engineered design reduces the buildup of magnetism, helping prevent arc blow and ensuring consistent weld quality. In addition, the cantilevered design simplifies the loading and unloading of cylinders and other closed sections requiring longitudinal seam welds, while the bolt-on base enables operators to easily add risers for larger diameter parts.

Notably, the quick-change, gas-purged backup bar enhances weld integrity while allowing for fast replacements with minimal downtime. Likewise, the backup bar’s dovetail design securely locks it to the mandrel and features a precision-machined groove to support and shape the weld puddle. For added performance, the mandrel is plumbed for connection to an external water source, improving cooling and heat sink capabilities. To further streamline your operation, Weld Plus offers a full line of SigmaTouch weld sequence controllers, giving operators the ability to adjust parameters from a single, convenient location.
