This LWS-72 Jetline seamer is great for performing straight-line welds on all weldable metals from .020” to 3/8” thick. Furthermore, the LWS-72 uses toe strips to clamp the metal firmly in alignment to provide uniform chilling to the weld and move the welding apparatus accurately along the seam. Jetline seam welders optimize the welding process, reduce shrinkage and distortion, reduce welding costs and improve weld quality. Simply add a riser to the base of this seamer to increase the maximum part diameter capacity. Additionally, this seamer includes a gas purge copper back up bar & continuous copper finger strip for consistent and quality seam welds. Lastly, the included track and tray carrier manages the various cables & hoses to prevent tangling, eliminate kinks and reduce strain, ultimately extending the lifespan of the cables.
