This Used Airline 72 Inch External Seamer is designed to weld the longitudinal seam on cones up to 78” in length. Included with this Airline Seam Welder is a tapered air cooled mandrel, which allows for welding on cone shaped parts. A gas purge back-up bar was also installed for stainless steel welding applications. This seam welder would be rebuilt upon sale and outfitted with a new WPI touch screen weld process controller. An extended side beam allows the user to utilize the carriage in circumferential welding applications. This Airline Model 10312P seamer is currently outfitted with GTAW equipment but can be set up with the weld process of the customer’s choice.
