This lightly used Jetline Automatic Seam Welder LWS 24Z is perfect for a welding seams up to 24″ long and diameters from 18″ to 25″. This Jetline  seamer is  a fully automatic high production seam welding system requiring very little operator involvement. With auto clamping fingers and self adjusting clamp for part alignment, this machine provides faster production seam welding than any other standard machine. The main benefit of this machine is that the operator simply needs to load the part onto the mandrel and the machine handles the rest. Once the part is slid into position, the alignment feature starts it cycle to ensure the seam lines up with the torch from beginning to end. Once the machine has part aligned, the part is automatically clamped into position then ready for welding. The torch is put into position and the welding sequence is started. Once the part is fully welded, the finger clamps release and the torch retracts and heads back to a home position to prepare for the next part.

This machine, as with all the inventory we rebuild comes with a warranty. We also offer training here in our facility at no cost to you.
