12 Inch Jetline Coil End Joining Seam Welder

• This seam welder’s primary use is to join together strips fed from coils
• The Jetline seamer clamping/welding bed is 12-1/2” long
• Has a variable speed carriage with #9026 control and two manual cross slides on the torch holder
• The one piece hold down clamps are air actuated with individual air valves
• There are 2 8” diameter primary strip guide rolls and 2  3” final guide rolls
• The welding package is a Miller 50A precision TIG welding power supply and air-cooled TIG Torch for the fusion only weld
• The whole system is mounted on a self-contained portable base
• Dimensions of the whole system are 78” length x 40” wide x 58”high

This 12 Inch Jetline Coil End Joining Seam Welder has rollers on each end to help support the coil sheet as it travels through the seam welder. The seam welder bed is also positioned at an angle which helps reduce breaking from fatigue by keeping the weld joint off plane of any rollers further down the processing line. This feature is typical of systems which manufacture band saw blades. By keeping the weld joint off angle of the rollers, the stresses caused by bending are reduced and not localized right at the seam.
