Jetline Welding Lathe CWB 5  – Product Description

This Jetline Welding Lathe CWB 5 has a length capacity of 8′. In addition, the lathe headstock is Jetline’s CWB-5, rated up to 1,000 lb capacity.  Furthermore, the lathe features three pipe supports and stands with non-marring wheels. These support stands are adjustable in height and position on the length of the bed. The welding arm on this lathe is on a manual spotting car that rides on hardened V-ways and roller bearings. The vehicle features a locking hand-wheel brake to secure the welding head into position. The tailstock has a pneumatic clamping cylinder to hold the part into position. The cylinder provides up to 500 lbs of clamping pressure. The tailstock is also on a manual spotting car and has features similar to those of a welding head spotting car.
