The Miller Copilot Collaborative Welding Systems are designed for intuitive ease of use and include advanced features for more challenging welding applications. The table-based Copilot models include a 48” x 48” table with leveling feet and caster wheels for portability & quick setup. Moreover, the reconfigurable Copilot Builder models allow components to be rearranged to fit your weld applications. Each model includes the Tregaskiss TOUGH GUN CA3 robotic MIG gun for accurate, reliable & repeatable performance that maximizes production uptime and throughput, including multipass capabilities.

Additionally, the AccuGuide positioning control allows the welder to fine-tune the position of the torch for pinpoint accuracy and through-arc seam tracking corrects the robot arc path to accommodate subtle variations in the geometry of your parts. The teach pendant carriage allows for convenient hands-free viewing and the Intelliset setting management system reduces the steps required while programming by simplifying the process of choosing or revisiting settings. Water-cooling systems are available on 500A Copilot systems for hotter and heavier welding challenges.
