This Automated Hobart Dabber Welding System features a positioner and a manual reach manipulator. These two machines work together to offer a circular welding station. The positioner tilts and presents the part so that welding can place in the most ideal position. In addition, the positioner is on a shuttle system which allows the table to move out from under the boom. Therefore this offers a larger window to load and unload welded parts. Another feature is an adjustable hard stop that ensures the positioner is brought back to the same position each time. The boom is equipped with an adjustable travel carriage. This carriage is movable with a manual hand wheel on at the end of the boom arm. The height is adjustable with 60″ of powered elevation through a servo motor. The carriage come equipped with a Hobart cold wire feeder. Lastly, add a welding power supply of your choice to complete this package.
